Contact form

We use the Contact Form extension for our contact form. We simply collect your e-mail address and name. We keep contact form submissions for one year for customer service purposes, but do not use them for commercial purposes.

How we protect your data

We work with the secure online payment platform Stripe, which offers PCI-DSS compliant payments by integrating Stripe tokenization via Stripe Elements or iOS or Android bindings. We accept Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express.

To make the payment by credit card, the Client is in direct interaction with the server of the platform Stripe Secure. It is specified that at no time will the customer's banking data pass through the Site's computer system.

The Site is also secured by S.S.L 3.0 (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data relating to payment methods. The card is debited when the order is validated on the Site, unless the server is unavailable.
