Personal data collected on our site is used to process orders and manage commercial relations (deliveries, invoices, after-sales service).
We may also use your data for advertising purposes, either after obtaining your express consent, or within the limits authorized by law. We may also use your data to comply with our legal and/or regulatory obligations.
Data storage periods
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This makes it possible to automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments, rather than leaving them in the moderation queue.

The rights you have over your data
If you have an account or if you have left comments on the site, you may request to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including that which you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Transmission of your personal data
Visitor comments can be checked using an automated spam detection service.

In order to protect your data, we have implemented stringent security rules.
How we protect your data
We work with the secure online payment platform Stripe, which offers PCI-DSS compliant payments by integrating Stripe tokenization via Stripe Elements or iOS or Android bindings. We accept Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express.
To make the payment by credit card, the Client is in direct interaction with the server of the platform Stripe Secure. It is specified that at no time will the customer's banking data pass through the Site's computer system.
The Site is also secured by S.S.L 3.0 (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data relating to payment methods. The card is debited when the order is validated on the Site, unless the server is unavailable.
Procedures in the event of a data leak
We have chosen to implement a security extension to ensure effective protection against possible cases of data theft. In the event of suspicious activity, the IP address is blocked to ensure trustworthy traffic on our site.
The processing of personal data carried out on our site has been declared to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés under number 2140987 v 0.
